Inside is not outside

Hi

I am really happy that I was able to be part of the Upper Austria TOURISM TOURISM campaign last weekend as an INTERSPORT athlete !!

Last Friday I met my team partner Sebastian (Instagram: zeppaio) at 3:00 p.m. at Linz Central Station and then we went with an OPEL Grandland X Hybrid to the Dachstein Krippenstein holiday region. Arrived at the beautiful Landhaus Koller, we still enjoyed it briefly the beautiful weather and then made our way to dinner at the Steegwirt in Bad Goisern - my "Brat`l in the Rein" tasted delicious and so we went full of energy to the Rabenkeller, a beautiful vantage point over Lake Hallstatt we watched the sunset and finally took some photos of the lake in the dark in the valley ..
The first night was a bit short, because at 02:15 a.m. the alarm clock rang and we made our Opel on our way to Hallstatt (511m). We hiked over the Salzberg - here I sweat every year at the Salzkammergut Trophy we climbed the Schneidkogel (1551m) and enjoyed an indescribably beautiful sunrise at 5 a.m. with a view of the Dachstein, Obertraun, Hallstättersee and Gosaukamm it for breakfast and then on to the Dachstein-Krippenstein cable car in Obertraun (609m) .. Once at the top of the mountain station (2100m) we immediately made our way to the 5Fingers viewing platform and it was something very special, the brilliant view and that Feeling when it goes hundreds of meters vertically down under the legs is also something unique. On the way to lunch I used a large snow field to "ski", of which there are in a funny video in my "Upper Austria" Instagram story highlight .. With a Gjaid-Alm-Gröstl I strengthened myself during the lunch break and afterwards we visited the Dachstein shark and the Krippenstein ice cave We took the train back down to the valley, so we thought that cooling off would not be a bad thing and of course there had to be a dip in the "somewhat fresh" Hallstättersee .. :)
For a long time we could not enjoy the lido in Obertraun, because we went on again to Sankt Wolfgang am Wolfgangsee (550m) in the beautiful Salzkammergut .. Already on arrival at the Hotel Zimmerbräu I admired the beautiful small, narrow and almost car-free town center .. Shortly after dinner in the Hubertuskeller we went up a mountain again - we watched the sunset from the Calvary. In the night there was a change in the weather and so the sunrise on Sunday was not possible - Team Adventure presented a second option for this a great start to the day, a dip in the Wolfgangsee at 7:00 am .. After breakfast the hike to the Schafberg (1783m) was on schedule. Shortly after the start we were in the thick fog and were happy when we were saw a few cows .. Shortly before lunch in the Berghotel Schafbergspitze we visited the eagle's cave en View of the Attersee - be careful when pulling in the belly ..: P Then we took the Schafbergbahn back to the valley and after 100 meters on foot we immediately went to the ship .. In Strobl on the other side of the lake we wanted tobogganing - unfortunately closed due to rain and therefore we went on to a small fine gorge. At dinner in the See Sushi restaurant another culinary highlight was waiting for us before we had to go back to Linz in hybrid mode with our Opel Grandland X. The 3 days in the (Dachstein) Salzkammergut passed far too quickly and therefore I am already looking forward to my next stay .. :)
THANKS to my team partner Sebastian for the great pictures and the fun time together !!

ride on Lukas
